This study aimed to determine <br>the effect of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model assisted by <br>Smart Box media on students' critical thinking skills in cultural <br>heritage learning. This study employed a quantitative approach using <br>a Pre-Experimental Design with a One-Group Pretest–Posttest <br>Design. The participants consisted of 20 fifth-grade students <br>selected through saturated sampling. Data were collected using five <br>validated and reliable essay questions and analyzed through the <br>Shapiro–Wilk normality test and Paired Sample t-test. The results <br>showed that the mean score increased from 33.5 on the pretest to <br>75.5 on the posttest. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Problem-Based Learning model assisted by digital flipbook media on the scientific literacy skills of fifth-grade students in the topic of the human digestive system. The research employed a pre-experimental method using a one-group pretest-posttest design. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with a saturated sampling approach. The sample consisted of </em>26<em> fifth-grade students. Data were collected through test and non-test techniques using scientific literacy tests and a learning implementation observation sheet as the research instruments. Data analysis techniques included validity testing, reliability testing, normality testing, t-test, and effect size analysis. The results showed that the mean pretest and posttest scores of students' scientific literacy skills were </em>59 <em>and </em>79<em>, respectively. The t-test results indicated a Sig. (2-tailed) value of </em>0.01 < 0.05<em> in the Paired Samples t-Test with α </em>= 0.05<em>, while the effect size value was </em>1.22<em>, indicating a high category. The implementation of the learning model achieved a percentage of </em>100%<em>, which was categorized as very good. However, many students still experience persistent difficulties in reading, which ultimately negatively impacts their academic achievement and overall learning development. This literature review study aims to comprehensively analyze and examine the internal and external factors that contribute to low reading literacy skills in lower grade elementary school students. The methodology used is a systematic literature review approach, which is carried out by collecting, synthesizing, and critically analyzing various scientific literature sources and relevant previous research results. The results show that low reading literacy skills are driven by two main interrelated dimensions. Internal factors include low interest and motivation in learning, limited intellectual ability of students in processing text information, and unstable psychological and emotional conditions of children. Meanwhile, external factors include a lack of conservation and consistency of parental involvement at home, teachers' pedagogical roles and insufficiently varied learning strategies, limited availability of appropriate literacy facilities, and excessive and uncontrolled use of digital devices. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain <em>One-Grup Pretest-Posttest Design</em> yang melibatkan 21 siswa kelas IV yang dipilih menggunakan teknik total sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes Pilihan Ganda (PG) sebanyak 10 butir soal yang diberikan <em>pretest</em> dan <em>posttest</em>. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji normalitas <em>Liliefors</em> dan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata nilai <em>pretest</em> sebesar 35, 714, kemudian meningkat menjadi 84, 762 pada <em>posttest</em>. It aimed to describe the preparation, implementation process, and learning outcomes of using Cartoon Comic Strip Maker in teaching anecdotal text writing to Grade X students at SMAN 2 Cimalaka in the 2024/2025 academic year. The study employed a pre-experimental one-shot case study design supported by classroom observation data. The research subjects were students of class X-3; complete post-test data were obtained from 25 students because five students were absent. The instruments included a teaching module, an observation sheet, an anecdotal text writing task, and an assessment rubric covering four aspects: text structure, language features, comic visualization, and creativity and originality. The findings indicate that the learning preparation was systematically developed through a teaching module, student worksheet, learning materials, and assessment rubric. The learning process was implemented effectively through activities involving text comprehension, application feature exploration, idea development, transformation of written anecdotes into comic strips, presentation, feedback, and reflection. The post-test results showed a mean score of 82.32, with the highest score of 96, the lowest score of 60, and 20 out of 25 students (80%) achieving a score of 75 or higher. Tujuannya menganalisis kemampuan sikap ilmiah anak dalam pembelajaran sains melalui metode eksperimen pada anak usia 5–6 tahun di Kober Bougenville, Desa Licin, Kecamatan Cimalaka, Tahun Pelajaran 2025/2026. Metode penelitian menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif dengan subjek 8 anak kelompok B. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Analisis data dengan metode triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran sains dilaksanakan melalui kegiatan eksperimen yang didukung perencanaan pembelajaran, media konkret, dan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif. Kegiatan tersebut memberi kesempatan kepada anak untuk mengamati, mencoba, mengeksplorasi, bertanya, dan mengomunikasikan hasil pengamatan sehingga muncul lima indikator sikap ilmiah, yaitu rasa ingin tahu, kerja sama, percaya diri, kejujuran, dan berpikir kritis. Perkembangan sikap ilmiah didukung oleh peran guru, metode eksperimen, media konkret, dan faktor internal anak, sedangkan hambatan meliputi keterbatasan waktu, alat dan bahan, perbedaan karakteristik anak, rentang konsentrasi, motivasi belajar, serta rasa takut melakukan kesalahan. It aimed to determine the effect of implementing the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model on the learning outcomes of Grade XI Light Vehicle Engineering (TKR) students, particularly on the starter system topic, during the 2025/2026 academic year. The study employed a quantitative experimental approach using a True Experimental Design with a pretest-posttest control group design. The sample consisted of 60 students, including 30 students in the experimental class and 30 students in the control class. Data were collected through pretest and posttest assessments. The data analysis included the Shapiro–Wilk normality test, which showed significance values of 0.149 and 0.676, indicating that both datasets were normally distributed. The homogeneity test also confirmed homogeneous variances with a significance value of 0.290. Therefore, hypothesis testing was conducted using an independent samples t-test. The analysis yielded a calculated t-value of 9.795 with a significance value of 0.001 (p < 0.05), leading to the rejection of H₀ and acceptance of H₁. This problem is caused by the lack of application of learning models that actively involve students and the suboptimal use of interesting and innovative learning media. One of the efforts made is to implement a cooperative learning model of the Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) type assisted by digital map puzzle media. This research aims to increase students' interest in learning and critical thinking skills through the application of this model. The method used is Classroom Action Research (CAR) with the design of Kemmis and Mc. Taggart which was carried out in two cycles. Data collection techniques include tests and non-tests with instruments in the form of critical thinking ability test sheets and student learning interest questionnaires. The results of the study showed an increase in both aspects studied. Students' interest in learning in the high category increased from 14% in the initial data to 89% in cycle I and 93% in cycle II. Students' critical thinking skills also increased, indicated by the percentage of learning completion from 14% in the initial data to 64% in cycle I and 93% in cycle II. Melalui naskah upacara adat tembuni, peneliti menganalisis makna denotasi, konotasi, serta menemukan mitos yang akan menjadi identitas dan gaya hidup di dalam masyarakat.</p> <p>Kajian Semiotik dapat diterapkan dalam karya sastra berupa naskah upacara adat tembuni, dan tata cara pelaksanaannya karena sistem bahasa dan sastra merupakan lambang atau tanda. Bahasa yang disajikan dalam karya sastra bukan bahasa biasa melainkan bahasa yang sarat dengan penanda dan petanda. Melalui penerapan model analisis semiotik ini, peneliti melakukan pengamatan menyeluruh dari naskah upacara adat tembuni dengan memperhatikan koherensi makna antar bagian dalam naskah untuk menggali informasi, sehingga permasalahan ketidaktahuan (awam) dalam menafsirkan maksud dan pesan yang terdapat dalam prosesi penguburan tali ari-ari terpecahkan. Kemudian peneliti menganalisis pendidikan karakter yang terkandung dalam upacara adat tembuni yang dapat diimplementasikan di Sekolah meliputi jujur, religius, kerjasama, toleransi dan bertanggungjawab.
