PENGGUNAAN MODEL QUANTUM TEACHING BERBANTUAN MEDIA JAM SUDUT UNTUK MENINGKATKAN AKTIVITAS BELAJAR DAN KEMAMPUAN BERPIKIR KRITIS SISWA PADA PEMBELAJARAN MATEMATIKA MATERI SUDUT

This research is motivated by the low level of student learning activity and critical thinking skills in mathematics learning. The purpose of this research was ti improve the learning activity and critical thingking ability of fifth-grade students at SDN Sukasirna through the implementation of the Quantum Teaching model assisted by angle clock media. The research employed a Classroom Action Research (CAR) method based on the Kemmis & Mc. Taggart model, conducted in two cycles consisting of planning, action,
observation, and reflection. The subjects were 21 students. Data were collected through observation and tests using observation sheets and evaluation questions as instruments. The results showed an increase in students learning activity from 65% (fair) in the first cycle to 78% (good) in the second cycle. Critical thingking skills also improved, with learning mastery rising from 71.42% to 85.71%. It can be concluded that the Quantum Teaching model assisted by angle clock media effectively enhances students learning activity and critical thingking skills in mathematics, specifically on the topic of angles.
