PENGARUH MODEL PROJECT BASED LEARNING (PjBL) TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN BERPIKIR KREATIF DAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA PADA MATA PELAJARAN IPAS

This study aims to determine the effect of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model on students' crative thinking skills and learning outcomes in the topic of cultural diversity. The research method used is an experimental method with a pre-experimental design. The design applied is the One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The population of this study consisted of 23 fourth-grade students at SDN Cibala. The sampling technique used is total sampling, meaning that all fourth-grade students were included as the sample. The instrument used was a test sheet. The data collection technique employed test sheets to measure students' creative thinking skills and learning outcomes. Data analysis techniques included validity test, reliability test, normality test, t-test, and effect size test. Data analysis was assisted by SPSS 25.
Based on the results of data analysis using the t-test, students’ creative thinking skills showed a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, thus H₀ was rejected and H₁ was accepted. Regarding learning outcomes, all students (100%) showed improvement after the implementation of the PjBL model, with an average score increase of 31 points. Therefore, it can be concluded that the use of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model has an effect on students’ creative thinking skills and learning outcomes in the topic of cultural diversity among fourth-grade students at SDN Cibala, Jatinunggal Subdistrict, Sumedang Regency.
