Abstract

The rapid development of cellular technology is not balanced with application content that is beneficial to the government for the community. Whereas m-government is one of the potential alternatives to expand communication relations between the government and the community. The number of social organizations that have sprung up lately is very disturbing to the community, this is because not a few social organizations misuse social assistance funds due to lack of supervision from the government. From these problems, the researchers designed an application that can make it easier for social services to control all activities of social organizations that are legal entities in their activities or the transparency of the funds they use or distribute. In this study, the waterfall method is used to design an Android-based social assistance application that makes it easier for social services to monitor the transparency of disbursed funds. This application is also designed to make it easier for the community to distribute social assistance in the form of funds or goods.
