Peer Review Process
JTINS uses double-blind peer review: authors and reviewers do not know each other's identities. Every manuscript that passes screening is assessed by at least three reviewers.

Rules for reviewers and editors
- Reviewers declare conflicts of interest and keep manuscripts confidential.
- Reviewers must not use generative AI tools or upload manuscripts to AI services (Generative AI Policy).
- Manuscripts by editors are handled by another editor under the same process; an editor publishes at most one article per year in JTINS.
- Authors may appeal a decision once, in writing to the Editor in Chief (Contact).
Average time from submission to first decision: 6–8 weeks.
