What the APC covers

• Copyediting and layout to the JTINS template
• DOI registration and metadata deposit
• Open-access hosting and long-term archiving

Waivers

Authors from low-income countries, students, and authors without research funding may request a full or partial waiver when submitting, by writing to the editorial office. Waiver decisions are made separately from editorial decisions and are never known to reviewers.

Fair-practice commitments

• Payment does not influence editorial decisions or speed up review.
• No fast-track publication; no Letter of Acceptance before acceptance.
• If the journal withdraws an article after payment, the fee is refunded in full.
